Really good Stay Experience
excellent support relaxing space necessary amenity thoughtful detail
The team exhibited excellent support, always willing to assist with a smile. I found my room quite nice, and the courtyard provided a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. All necessary in-room amenities were available. The inclusion of a radio in the room was a thoughtful detail. I appreciated it.
I noticed the lift operated at a notably slow pace, which occasionally added a slight delay to my movements within the building.

a sweet escape i won't forget!
fine decor welcome drink high-quality toiletries
the hotel's decor was fine, like stepping into a dream! the welcome drink, a glass of fizz, added a touch of sparkle to my arrival. i really appreciated the comfortable bed and the high-quality toiletries provided.
i found the breakfast selection a little limited, though the freshness of the orange juice was very pleasing.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any requests i had, from directions to ordering wine. The whatsapp service was very efficient.

the lounge areas were beautifully decorated, offering cozy spots for relaxation. the bar area felt inviting, and i enjoyed spending time there. turn down service was a lovely touch, with fresh bottled water provided each evening.

the breakfast had fresh orange juice. the breakfast setup allowed choosing different egg dishes, english breakfast, or avocado toast with additional fresh pastries, yogurts and fruits. this made the mornings especially pleasurable.

the hotel is conveniently located very close to liverpool street station, a 5 minute walk. this makes it very easy to explore the city and get to various destinations, including heathrow airport, only 40 minutes away by subway.

My suite was immaculate and beautifully designed, the burgundy bathroom particularly stood out. It felt so chic!!! the large bathroom featured a heated toilet seat with warm water jets for cleaning. It was amazing.

The king room included good quality toiletries. The bathroom design was stylish and functional. I found a decaf option in the coffee machine (this was thoroughly enjoyed!).

Service and Maintenance Issues Detracted from the Decor
no hot water housekeeping negligence
The hotel boasts beautiful decor in both the rooms and common areas. I did appreciate that.
My experience, unfortunately, wasn't great. There was no hot water initially, and I was told to run the tap for 15 minutes. That didn't solve the problem. Housekeeping also failed to replace coffee pods or provide clean cups and glasses until I specifically requested it. It felt a bit neglected.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk from liverpool street station. the room included a heated toilet seat and warm water jets, very luxurious. i also enjoyed the complimentary welcome champagne. It was a sweet, unexpected touch.

inattentive cleaners missing telephone
I had some problems . There was no telephone in the room, so I had to use WhatsApp for everything. This felt inconvenient. The room cleaners were not attentive, and I had to ask twice for my room to be cleaned after I left the sign on the door. I think at this price point, the service should be better.
